• Create and manage sales and marketing materials for the organization
• Lead the content management and response process throughout the RFP process
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of RFP responses and case studies
• Research industry trends and generate content for blogs and Linked In
• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team and support conference material development

• Bachelor’s degree with a Marketing or English emphasis
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/marketing communications
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare benefits industry
• Proven project lead experience and exceptional writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with Client Management Relationship (CRM) tools
• Background in marketing plan development
• Familiarity with Linked In content strategies
• Experience in website content management
