- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, marketing coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in working with sales and cross-functional teams
- Interest in events, marketing operations, and growing within B2B SaaS marketing
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Hub Spot, Marketo, SFDC, Zoom Info, or similar) is a plus
- Experience coordinating and executing marketing events in a B2B context
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Previous involvement in lead generation and pipeline management activities
- Creative problem-solving skills and proactive initiative
