What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and industry dynamics to identify marketing opportunities
  • Design and execute customer marketing plans that support customer lifecycle stages such as upsell and retention
  • Create engaging multi-format content to inform and engage customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing efforts to improve ROI and meet business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience;
    SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies such as 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce

  • Hands‑on experience designing programs to support customer retention and product adoption
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) practices and customer growth strategies
