• Execute day-to-day tactical elements of direct marketing campaigns, including print and digital communications
• Coordinate projects between client services, production, and creative teams to ensure proper approvals
• Develop and manage project timelines and task lists for multiple projects simultaneously
• Collect and communicate project specifications from clients to internal departments
• Proofread creative materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing, or a related field
• Some experience in account coordination preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn new computer systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of direct mail strategies, program execution, and retail structure

• Working knowledge of Adobe In Design
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Effective time-management and prioritization skills
