• Assist in coordinating Teacher Appreciation Week, including donation requests and organizing giveaways
• Provide support for small events, fundraisers, and communications as needed
• Attend Board meetings and gain exposure to nonprofit governance
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to support organizational initiatives
• Work remotely with occasional in-person support for events

• Commitment to equity in education and diversity in team composition
• Interest in education, literacy, nonprofit work, or social impact
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Experience with education or nonprofit organizations is helpful but not required
