Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition.
  • Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
  • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
  • Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current.
