Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality progressive care to adult and post-acute patients, monitor telemetry and hemodynamics, manage a range of IV medications and vasoactive infusions, perform regular assessments and early detection of clinical changes, initiate timely interventions, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to optimize care planning.
- Lead patient and family education, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Maintain vigilance to prevent complications and promote steady recoveries in a fast-paced environment.
This PCU assignment is designed to elevate your clinical judgment and leadership capabilities.
