Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Openings: Two
Employment: W-2; full-time and part-time candidates considered
- Advertised full-time base salary: $305,000 per year at 1.0 FTE.
- Advertised total compensation typically $365,000 or more including call; actual compensation depends on the agreed schedule and call.
- Nine weeks of starting PTO, increasing with tenure.
- $4,000 annual allowance for CME, professional dues and licensure.

Independent CRNA practice in collaboration with MD anesthesiologists. Case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, urology, robotic surgery, cardiac catheterization and bariatric/joint procedures. No hearts or heads; major trauma is transferred.
CallHome call with a 20-minute response requirement. Discuss the shift schedule and call rotation during the recruiting process.
Qualifications- CRNA certification and ability to meet Oregon practice-license requirements before starting.
- Relevant anesthesia capability and ability to meet the hospital’s medical-staff/allied-health credentialing and privileging requirements.
