• Analyze and resolve complex real estate issues to support a federal agency’s mission
• Conduct public records research, business case analysis, and budget/schedule development
• Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases and licenses
• Facilitate meetings to develop and execute real estate strategies
• Perform real estate clearance actions, including site permitting and easement acquisitions

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal property real estate program support
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
• Significant experience in real estate research and analysis, including legal documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
• Experience drafting and tracking land-use agreements
• Background in collaborating with project managers and environmental specialists
• Proven ability to prepare real estate action plans and decision briefs
• Familiarity with GIS applications and environmental assessments
