• Conduct in-depth user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys to gather insights into user behaviors and needs
• Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps to support user‑centric product development
• Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions, including recruitment and analysis of findings
• Collect and analyze user data to identify patterns and opportunities for product improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate user research findings into the product development process

• Minimum of 5 years of mixed methods research experience
• Proficient in a wide variety of research methods (interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to tackle complex problem areas and deliver actionable insights
• Demonstrated autonomy in identifying research opportunities and driving projects forward

• Experience working in a hyper‑growth startup environment
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance research methodologies and processes
• Background in collaborating with product managers and designers to align research with business objectives
