- Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while actively working on identified target accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Understand and articulate the competitive landscape to effectively position the employer's offerings
- 6-8 years of B2B SaaS full cycle sales experience, particularly in selling to organizations with over 2,000 employees
- 2+ years of experience within the Mar Tech industry
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving recognition (e.g., President’s Club)
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at the C-level
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or other enterprise sales methodologies
- Experience using and virtual selling tools such as Zoom and Webex
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment
