Position: Key Accounts Account Executive I

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing with major U.S.

    -based retailers
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in various departments
  • Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements involving multiple product lines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Finance
  • Translate Affim’s value proposition into tailored business cases for long-term partnerships
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or retail technology
  • Proven track record of closing large, strategic deals and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation and managing executive stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills tailored to varied audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into retailers and understanding of ecommerce, in-store technology, and payments ecosystems
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings
