What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Exceed assigned sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with various stakeholders across assigned accounts
  • Coordinate account strategies and action plans to achieve commercial objectives
  • Engage with the Value Delivery team to understand customer needs and align Four Kites solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and update qualified deals and account strategies regularly
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience selling enterprise supply chain software solutions to Fortune 1000 customers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives consistently
  • Strong capabilities in account management and new business acquisition
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Experience with Business Development/CRM tools such as Salesforce and Linked In Sales Navigator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • History of developing strong relationships with executive sponsors to drive successful transactions
  • Complex selling experience across various segments of the supply chain
  • Competitive-driven self-starter with cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Ability to sell value-focused solutions rather than just tactical products
