Position: Senior Regional Sales Director (Texas, IBD & RIA Channels)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Represent the employer as a subject matter expert on mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors and intermediaries
  • Lead sales initiatives within a defined territory to drive business growth
  • Identify client needs and coordinate efforts to support assigned intermediaries
  • Conduct sales and product training meetings for stakeholders in assigned territories
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ten or more years of experience in sales with strong product knowledge and established relationships in the territory
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated and energetic with strong project management abilities
  • Required licenses:
    Series 7 and Series 63 or 66
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in practice management and portfolio construction
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and financial markets
