What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell Trimble Asset Lifecycle Management solutions to local government agencies
  • Develop strategic territory and account plans for effective sales management
  • Prospect, develop, and track new business opportunities to closure
  • Engage with decision‑makers at targeted organizations to build relationships
  • Upsell and cross‑sell products to existing accounts while presenting ALM solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10 years in Sales or Business Development within the Gov Tech space
  • Strong understanding of local government workflows, maintenance, and operations
  • Proven experience in selling and negotiating with local agencies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for product demonstrations
  • Ability to travel approximately 25‑50% of the time within the region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with AEC Solutions from Autodesk or Bentley, and Trimble Survey and Mapping technology
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Asset Management systems
  • Demonstrated effective time management and analytical problem‑solving skills
  • A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role within the technology sector
