What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Grow new and existing customer accounts for Trimble Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) software
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and demonstrate product solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information and industry trends
- Develop and manage sales and territory plans for specified products
- Achieve sales targets and successfully close sales
- 8+ years of experience in successfully selling SaaS solutions
- Specialization and prior experience in VDC/BIM SaaS sales within the construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within the United States and/or Canada up to 50% of the time
