Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire a world-class sales team, ensuring timely and budget-conscious hiring
  • Manage and enable sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and milestones
  • Drive pipeline generation through collaboration with field sales, marketing, and channel partners
  • Develop and execute account strategies for strong team selling and execution
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue to executive leadership through disciplined methodologies
Qualifications
  • Based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $50K+, including transactions above $100K
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey technical features as business value
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
  • Experience establishing relationships with executive-level partners and customers
  • A strong hunter mentality with a history of creating new demand and customer acquisition
