Job Description
The Senior Professional, Field/Sales Marketing plans and executes marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications. The role involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
They plan and organize local marketing and sales programs, act as the point person for outside, inside, and partner sales teams, gather and report customer intelligence, and begin to influence departmental strategy. The position requires making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components, working independently with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Advanced Degree in Business or Healthcare
- Previous management experience
- Experience managing large projects
