• Create and execute a strategic territory plan to develop a qualified sales pipeline
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with customers
• Serve as a product and market expert, understanding Stripe Payments and the Optimized Checkout Suite
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform product development

• 7+ years of customer‑facing experience in a leading technology or payments company with a proven record of top performance
• Experience in building trusted relationships with senior business leaders
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and negotiate bespoke commercial agreements

• 3+ years of experience selling payments or technology solutions specifically to enterprise customers
