• Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
• Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
• Clearly communicate the employer's value propositions to prospects
  
  Support the Account Executive team as needed and educate prospects
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts through cold calling

• Proven business development success using core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator)
• Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a positive phone presence
• Fluency in English and native fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to think strategically

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
