Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines
  • Manage and enable team members to achieve key productivity metrics and sales milestones
  • Drive pipeline generation through collaboration with field sales, marketing, and partners
  • Develop and execute an account strategy to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue accurately to executive leadership
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software sales
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business development
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams that create demand and acquire new customers
  • Proven ability to close complex sales with multiple stakeholders in emerging solution categories
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical features as business value
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
  • Experience managing and closing deals valued at $50K and above, including transactions over $100K
  • Established relationships with executive-level partners and customers
