Institutional Sales Specialist - MENA

• Generate net new institutional OTC and Prime business by activating your crypto-native network
• Prospect and close new OTC and Prime clients, including funds, HNWIs, DAOs, and trading firms
• Collaborate with Bit Go’s trading team on structuring, pricing, and executing large trades
• Maintain a high volume of outbound outreach and client engagement
• Provide market insights and client feedback to enhance offerings and strategy

• 1-3 years of experience in trading or sales trading at a financial institution, brokerage, or OTC trading desk
• Strong experience in OTC/Voice Trade execution and risk management
• Proven ability to generate new business, close deals, and meet targets
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work under pressure
• A strong existing network of OTC-ready institutions and counter parties

• Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Fast-ramp ability, generating opportunities within 2 weeks of joining
• A crypto-native mindset and real knowledge of the cryptocurrency space
• Relentless outbound mentality, with a proactive approach to lead generation
