What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Sell and service the employer's products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects
  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans tailored to large accounts to retain and grow membership
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Educate stakeholders on industry trends to assist with informed business decisions
  • Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure service levels and customer expectations are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of business-to-business sales and/or account management experience in the employee benefits or healthcare/insurance industry
  • Exceptional planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to travel more than 50% of the time
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate state insurance license within six months of employment
