What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and nurture new business relationships for long-term revenue
  • Secure new Enterprise accounts throughout the Northeast and measure success through stakeholder expansion and revenue capture
  • Manage the relationship from initial prospecting to revenue realization
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to gather and prioritize market feedback for product development
  • Provide timely education and messaging to the industry through engagement in associations and public speaking
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales, business development, account, or project management, ideally in the video and physical security markets
  • Expert knowledge of the physical security market, including products and future trends in VMS and hardware solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships at all levels internally and externally
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience working within a channel sales model
  • Strong relationships within security and IT professional groups or associations
  • Resiliency and flexibility in driving change
  • Technical aptitude related to security solutions and programs
