• - Generate new business sales and profits (P&L) within a designated territory
• - Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for the MD and OD market
• - Maintain and analyze territory records to efficiently organize and measure results
• - Educate and follow up with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff on product utilization
• - Provide timely and constructive communications to management regarding sales activities

• - Four-year college degree or equivalent
• - 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a medical or technical field
• - High level of technical/clinical product knowledge
• - Strong organizational and communication skills
• - Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate a motor vehicle with a valid license

• - Expertise in product application and practice management implications
• - Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills
• - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
