What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate and work on leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
  • Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training
  • Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Outside B2B sales experience
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in prospecting and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with sales force automation tools
