- Strong skills in forecasting and pipeline management with the ability to predict revenue outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, or Outreach
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to IT personas
- Demonstrable deep curiosity and business acumen connecting technical solutions to business impact
- Self‑awareness and growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
- Resourcefulness and creativity in overcoming challenges and driving results
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
