- Strong background in UCaaS / SaaS / Cloud sales, particularly in Voice and Contact Center
- Experience managing government procurement and contracting cycles
- Residency in the Great Lakes region (Chicago, IL strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with government contracting vehicles (e.g., NASPO, state or education consortiums)
- Knowledge of competitive UCaaS/voice ecosystems (Cisco, Avaya, AWS, Microsoft, Amazon)
- Success in multi‑product SaaS environments (UCaaS + CCaaS + collaboration tools)
- Experience working with and through channel partners
