Overview

What to Expect
  • Own the majority of the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution overview, and closing in partnership with Service Providers
  • Execute sales activities such as demos and conference participation, emphasizing channel success
  • Drive new business growth within defined territories, focusing on deep engagement with prospects
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers for technical discovery, demos, and RFP responses
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce, accurately reporting on pipeline and deal progression
What is Required
  • 4–6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or Prop Tech
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to earn partner trust quickly
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort in navigating complex sales processes
  • High comfort level working in a channel sales model, focusing on collaboration and partner satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Multifamily, Build-to-Rent, or Student Housing markets
  • Familiarity with SaaS, IoT, or connected solutions
  • Channel sales experience is a plus
