• Sell Genius® and other employer solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in various industries
• Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
• Deliver value-based presentations to demonstrate how employer products streamline operations
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently
• Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
• Valid driver's license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field

• Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High energy and self-motivated personality
• Professional presence with the ability to connect with business owners
• Experience selling both face-to-face and virtually
