What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate new relationships with brokers and brokerage firms through targeted outreach campaigns
  • Qualify all incoming consultant and broker inquiries from web and marketing leads
  • Source new leads using online research and broker prospecting tools
  • Set up strategic alignment meetings for the consultant and broker relations team
  • Log lead, contact, account, and qualification data in  and report weekly metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven success in sales/marketing within TPA and/or Benefit Administration
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding performance goals and quotas
  • Experience with enterprise products/services and value-based selling methodologies
  • Proficiency in using , Hubspot, and Microsoft Office applications

    Strong understanding of target consulting and brokerage firms and their business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Benefitflow and/or MPLOYER
  • Internet and research savvy, particularly with Linked In and Zoom Info
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous qualification and sales processes
