• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Expert and Success Services.
• Negotiate engagement terms ensuring minimal risk and adherence to organizational standards.
• Collaborate with sales teams to position services effectively across designated accounts.
• Identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts post‑initial license sale.
• Ensure successful transition and handoff to the Delivery organization post‑sales.

• 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry, specifically within the Federal space.
• Proven consultative sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a solid understanding of cloud application technology.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree is desired; travel required up to 50%.

• Experience in cross‑functional teamwork and handling challenging conversations with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to segment account lists and allocate resources effectively.
• High level of intellectual agility with a balance of strategic and tactical skills.
