- 7+ years of experience in building and maintaining executive relationships and negotiating complex contracts
- Proven success in a B2B SaaS sales environment with a strong track record of performance
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to inspire action with diverse audiences
- Strong relationship‑building and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 15% – 20% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Passion for the landscaping or trades industry
- Experience working with diverse teams and collaborating across departments
- Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and whitespace analysis
