Position: Account Executive Large Enterprise, Net New (Retail, Hospitality, and Transportation)

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects
  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers, focusing on deal management
  • Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota
  • 5+ years of experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting
  • Proven ability to understand the strategic competitive landscape of the industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for prospecting
  • Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry trends and customer needs to position solutions effectively
