- Build relationships with new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives and maintain accurate customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for opportunities
- Proven ability to understand the competitive landscape and effectively position Workday solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long-term prospecting and territory management
- Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs to enhance solution positioning
