What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects, emphasizing core financials
  • Build relationships with new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions
  • Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives and maintain accurate customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for opportunities
  • Proven ability to understand the competitive landscape and effectively position Workday solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long-term prospecting and territory management
  • Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs to enhance solution positioning
