What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive complex sales cycles by coordinating internal teams including pre‑sales, bid management, and marketing
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to build long‑lasting relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
  • Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities within assigned territory
  • Provide input to product strategy and establish partnerships with senior leadership
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect data and service forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud‑based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C‑level executives
  • 8+ years of experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • 8+ years of experience managing long sales cycles from start to finish while nurturing relationships
  • 8+ years of experience forming strong relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to position solutions effectively
  • Proven ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
  • Experience leading all aspects of the sales cycle, including uncovering and closing new territories
  • Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for prospecting and territory management
  • Ability to stay updated on trends and customer needs
