• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience in face‑to‑face or telephone sales preferred
• Experience in customer service over the phone preferred
• Ability to maintain a quiet and secure work environment for remote work
• High‑speed home internet and capability to connect via ethernet cable

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong oral communication skills and a desire to succeed
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
