What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and prioritize a diverse pipeline across multiple territories and time zones
  • Engage new prospects using creative strategies and a ‘hunter’ mentality
  • Utilize Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other tools to identify and prioritize leads
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and qualify them as sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Business Development Managers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of work and training experience
  • 2-3 years of sales development experience with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Life sciences industry experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible and consistent in prospecting efforts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Experience with Trial Master File and/or Clinical Operations
