What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives for the oncology portfolio by winning new accounts and expanding existing relationships
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan focused on early adopters and clinical accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, molecular pathologists, and key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to identify opportunities and close sales
  • Educate and support stakeholders with resources, commercialization plans, and impactful presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MSc/PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in sales within the oncology field
  • Strong technical knowledge of oncology workflows, including molecular biology, genomics, and NGS
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English required
