• Drive new revenue growth across your portfolio, acting as a strategic partner for prospective customers in the Italian market
• Acquire new logos from a named list of prospective companies within the Italian market
• Maximize existing account value by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling logistics solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring high deal velocity and accuracy in CRM forecasting
• Proactively manage renewals to mitigate churn and protect contract value across your assigned customer portfolio

• Proven sales track record with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales for complex solutions in logistics or SaaS
• Experience in hybrid sales managing both new business acquisition (Hunter) and key account development (Farmer)
• Proficient English and Italian language skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• International organizational experience, preferably in a large-scale or private equity-owned global company
• Resilient and focused mindset with the ability to manage complex deals
