- Coordinate cross‑functionally with internal teams, including pre‑sales, digital, and sales support
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions
- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud‑based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C‑level executives
- 4+ years of experience negotiating deals with C‑Suite Executives to close opportunities
- 4+ years of experience building relationships with existing customers for add‑on business
- 4+ years of experience in developing long‑term account strategies with existing customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months with large deal sizes
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry
- Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
