- Hire and onboard new account executives while providing ongoing coaching for their growth

- Create content for ongoing training and development of the sales team
- Provide clear feedback and support for account executives through professional development plans
- 3+ years of sales experience with proven performance in complex selling from prospecting to closing
- 1-2+ years of experience managing a team preferred
- Strong track record of over achievement in coaching a team focused on outbound sales
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience in full-cycle sales processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to change
- Continued growth mindset to learn about a unique industry
- Ability to provide upwards feedback effectively
