Regional Sales Manager, Ductless HVAC

• Salary up to $165,000

• Manage 3 to 4 Distributors with over $30 million in annual Ductless product sales
• Compile and report competitive product and pricing data for job quotes
• Train sales channels on Ductless products and marketing programs
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Management to address them
• Build consultative relationships with Distribution and Dealers to enhance trust and expertise

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, engineering, product management, or installation of HVAC ductless products
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in Ductless sales, particularly with wholesale distributors
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
