Position: Enterprise Renewals Account Executive

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and execute 30‑45 Enterprise renewal agreements per quarter, focusing on ~$150K ACV and below
  • Develop win/win renewal strategies that protect contract value and sustain long‑term partnerships
  • Coordinate with the broader account team to ensure a unified customer strategy
  • Monitor customer health signals to identify risks and engage stakeholders proactively
  • Maintain accurate renewal data in internal systems and ensure exceptional account management
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of closing sales experience, preferably mid‑sized businesses in high transaction environments
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over‑achievement
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in SaaS Renewals or Account Management
  • Familiarity with selling combined hardware and software solutions (IoT or Telemetry)
  • Experience negotiating with professional procurement teams in large enterprises
  • Training in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger)
  • Proficiency in Customer Success and BI tools like Gainsight or Tableau
