What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct high‑volume prospecting for leads through strategic outbound efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to identify their needs
  • Manage event operations, including trade shows and industry events, and engage with attendees
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop prospect communication plans and coordinate demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • At least 12 months of outbound calling experience
  • Proven ability to travel 40% of the time
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in person and on the phone
  • Ability to handle objections and articulate value propositions effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the home services industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort with in‑person selling
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment
