What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as a key liaison between producers, customers, and the company to drive sales goals
  • Utilize company resources, including marketing and support teams, to achieve sales objectives
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and sales skills through training and personal development
  • Mentor teammates and share best practices to support the overall success of the sales team
  • Travel 2-3 days per week within the defined territory to meet with clients and producers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling employee benefits
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess life and disability insurance license for the assigned territory or obtain it upon hire
  • Established broker network in the Houston market
  • Must be located in the Austin or San Antonio, TX area
