What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle inbound pre-qualified transfer leads to explore pricing and provide custom solar proposals
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Guide customers electronically through the enrollment process
  • Use communication skills to highlight the advantages of solar products and services
  • Run and track customer account progress in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English; fluency in another language is a plus
  • Basic digital literacy; experience using  or a similar CRM is beneficial
  • Previous sales experience is encouraged
  • Demonstrated passion for relationship building and customer service
  • Ability to excel in a remote team setting and adapt to an evolving environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales within the renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

    Familiarity with solar energy products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
