What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new sales across the acute care continuum to healthcare providers with a solutions sell proposition
  • Utilize internal resources for detailed explanations of product applications and benefits to customers
  • Negotiate with decision‑makers to maintain a fluid sales process and finalize sales
  • Coordinate with clinical specialists to ensure ongoing customer service and support
  • Lead product installations and provide training to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a top‑level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
  • Strong analytical skills to supervise sales activity and develop sales plans
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with multi‑departmental deals involving clinical, executive, and financial decision‑makers
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and pricing with healthcare systems
