What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive customer acquisition through door-to-door and community outreach to present broadband service offers
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service retention
  • Communicate service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives
  • Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by business management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Strong ability to engage with customers and facilitate their integration into services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
  • Experience delivering engaging product presentations
  • Advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements
  • Flexibility in adapting sales approaches based on customer needs
