Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire a world‑class team of enterprise sellers, ensuring timely onboarding and budget adherence.
  • Manage and enable enterprise sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and milestones.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy for the region to enhance collaborative selling.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver effective product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept programs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to drive value realization and retention.
Qualifications (Required)
  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business development.
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ and high‑value transactions over $1M+.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Familiarity with consultative, value‑based sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong hunter mentality with direct experience in demand creation and new customer acquisition.
  • Successful experience in closing complex enterprise sales with multiple buying influences.
  • Established relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly fast‑paced environment.
